At Stunning Spaces, we are committed to providing exceptional staging and interior design services. Our goal is to make every client experience seamless, creative, and professional. That said, if something doesn’t go as expected, this policy explains how refunds work.
Materials, furnishings, or décor items purchased from Stunning Spaces on a retail basis are refundable within 3 days of delivery, minus the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Clients must notify us in writing at mail@stunnigspacesny.com within 3 days of receiving the item to request a return.
Non-refundable items:
Custom or specialty-built merchandise
Items that have been altered, installed, or used
Otherwise stated as non refundable
Our staging and interior design services are customized for each client and include consultations, design concepts, space planning, and project coordination. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, design service fees are generally non-refundable.
We take pride in our work and strive to exceed expectations. However, if you feel the final design delivered does not align with your vision, we offer the following:
Our claims team will review your concerns and work with you to understand what went wrong.
If your project is in the re-design phase, we will attempt to reassign you to a new designer to correct the course.
If you prefer not to pursue a redesign, our claims team will determine a fair refund amount for your design fee.
If you purchase design or staging services but are unable to proceed immediately, your credit is valid for up to 1 year.
If you begin a project but become inactive before final delivery, we will make multiple attempts to reach you.
If there is no response within 30 days, the project is marked as inactive, but your order remains with us. You can resume at a later date, and a new designer will be assigned if necessary.
We typically allow two rounds of redesigns or minor changes as part of the service.
Additional minor changes are accommodated at no extra charge.
Significant changes involving 25% or more of the original scope will require a new estimate for the added work.
